In 2024, Pepper Resort was born in the Southern Highlands of NSW, founded by Emily with a singular vision: to create swimwear that blends elegance, functionality, and timeless style.

Inspired by the beauty of travel and the ocean, Emily spent months refining this vision—sourcing manufacturing partners who shared her commitment to environmental and social responsibility. Together, they meticulously crafted and perfected the first collection, which debuted in 2024 after 9 months of dedication to creating the perfect swimwear.
