At Pepper Resort, we’re committed to getting your swimwear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You can view available shipping options and costs at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping. Please note that orders placed from outside our service area may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. No refunds will be issued for these charges.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but please keep in mind that these are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors.

Order Issues: If you experience any issues with your order, such as delays or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’re here to assist with any concerns you may have.

Return & Exchange Policy

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS

At Pepper Resort, we want you to love your swimwear. For hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear purchases are final and non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a swimwear item that is not in perfect condition or has a defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist with a return or exchange for the defective item.

If, for any reason, the item does not meet your standards, please contact us and we’ll be happy to work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
